Call for Professional Development Activities
The Fields Institute has a long history of innovative and visionary programming that promotes collaboration and advances the mathematical sciences.
Fields CQAM continues this tradition by organizing programming that brings together the best and brightest.
Our activities are multi-dimensional, extending across academic disciplines and industry sectors. We offer curriculum ranging from one-day courses designed to supplement the knowledge of those already in the workforce to month-long programs focused on more advanced methods and research tools.
Proposals for activities that provide graduate training, including boot camps, mini-courses, graduate courses, summer schools, etc., are welcomed. Industry partners are invited to propose topics that use advanced mathematics to solve ongoing challenges.
Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis until all resources and funding have been allocated. For more information, review our application guide. If you have questions, please contact Fields CQAM Liaison Officer, Brittany Camp.
